Kratom|Leaf|Users Guide|Laws|Buy|Extract
By Jay Pepe
This is Kratom Tree Protected deep in the tropical forest, a tiny Kratom seed nestled into a crevice of the hummus rich forest floor. Abundant rains softened the seed, and soon it began to sprout. Within a few days, a small bright red stem shot up 6 inches, as growing leaves unfurled to catch every ray of sun. This young Kratom tree was special because someday it would help cure native ailments, but for now it just grew. Many years later, the young tree had grown to be a respectable size nurtured by the long warm summers, and steady rainfall. By the time villagers noticed the young tree, it was almost 30 feet tall. The large glossy leaves sparkled in the wind, and the thick red veins tempted the men who passed by. Those who dared to test it were pleasantly surprised. . Kakuam is the name they gave this wonderful herb, we now call Kratom. Chewing on a fresh leaf from the Kratom tree, a man could work longer, and feel stronger than before. Older men began to regularly chew on the Kratom leaf, which rejuvenated their strength in the fields, as well as their stamina at home. Chewing Kratom (10-20 leaves per day) extracts the alkaloids, and helped suppress the appetite, increase focus, and motivation for work in those who used it, thereby making it a popular supplement for men who labored for long days. As legend has it, one day, a brisk wind blew a leaf of a Kratom tree into the cup of the Chinese Emperor. When he tasted the tea with the Kratom leaf, renewed vigor filled his breast, and he began to share it with all of his friends. Soon, Kratom tree plantations were cultivated, the leaves dried, and sold in the markets. Once dried, the aromatic oils in the crushed Kratom leaf concentrated the alkaloid properties, so one could sip on tea from the Kratom leaf throughout the day and get the same effects. Smoking the dried herb gave similar stimulating results as chewing the leaf, but steeping the herb for a longer period of time, or drinking larger quantities of tea could reduce stomach ailments and gave the user a pleasantly relaxed, slightly sedated feeling. Currently, the Kratom tree which is native to Thailand, has been banned, and many plantations risk demolition. Such a beautiful and helpful herb is under threat from those who fail to see how it benefits those who strive to work harder and longer.
